Mexican food is popular the world over. It’s zingy, spicey flavours have been devolped over many years and are rarely recreated to the exact thing. We at Chihuahua’s in Vancouver do our best and have had many, many compliments for our Mexican visitors. I came across this short documentary on Mexcian street food which is an insight into a whole new style of cooking and presentation.
Ishai brings us to the exotic food of Mexico city, which is known for its multitude of bold flavors, colorful dishes and extensive use of spices!
